1. Kính hiển vi sinh học là gì?

kính hiển vi sinh học là một thiết bị được sử dụng để quan sát những vật thể thuộc nhiều lĩnh vực khác nhau, từ động thực vật cho tới thực phẩm,… dưới hình ảnh phóng to các kích thước hiển vi, nằm sâu bên trong mà mắt thường không thể nhìn thấy được.

2. Cấu tạo cơ bản của kính hiển vi sinh học

Thiết bị có cấu tạo chính gồm hai hệ thống ống kính là vật kính và thị kính:

Vật kính ở đây có thể là một thấu kính hoặc hệ thấu kính, là bộ phận chủ yếu tạo ra sự phóng đại của hình ảnh sinh vật.

Hệ thống thị kính là thấu kính tạo nên ảnh quan sát cuối cùng cho phép mắt người có thể nhìn rõ sinh vật hay cấu tạo tế bào,…

3. Kính hiển vi sinh học bao gồm những loại nào?

3.1. Dựa trên độ phóng đại

- Loại có độ phóng đại cao hay kính hiển vi phức hợp:

Có độ thu phóng cao, cho ra các hình ảnh quan sát sắc nét, rõ ràng

Thường dùng trong quan sát vi trùng, vi khuẩn và ký sinh trùng với kích thước siêu hiển vi trên lam kính

- Loại có độ phóng đại thấp hay kính hiển vi giải phẫu: Dùng để quan sát các vật thể lớn trong một khoảng cách gần như các bộ phận hay cơ quan của cây cối, côn trùng,…

3.2. Dựa theo hình dáng cấu tạo sản phẩm
