Manual Alarma Pst Fx 290 [REPACK]
when using a manual pull station, a person must pull on the alarm pull station to activate it. the alarm pull station is considered an initiating device because it initiates the fire alarm system by sounding the alarm. the alarm pull station is considered a fire alarm pull station because it is for the purpose of sounding the alarm. if a fire alarm pull station is not installed in the fire alarm system, the alarm system will not activate.
the manual pull station can be designed to have a single-action, or a dual-action lever. for a single-action pull station, once the lever is pulled, the system will not sound the alarm. for a dual-action pull station, the alarm will sound twice. the first time the alarm will sound, the lever is pulled. the second time the alarm will sound, the lever is released.
the pull station is connected to the fire alarm pull station switch that is located near the exit. after the pull station is activated, the pull station will continuously send out a signal indicating that the alarm has been activated. once the alarm has been activated, the pull station will remain activated until you manually turn it off. if the alarm is accidentally activated, the pull station will notify your automatic fire alarm system.
